Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our boutique.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Professional Inspection

  Once your return arrives at our chateau, our quality team will inspect the item and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
